Distinguish “sometimes, some times, sometime, some time”

Sometimes: refers to an occasional or occasional occurrence. Example: “I sometimes eat pizza for breakfast.”

Some times: is not a commonly used phrase in English and is considered a grammatical error. It is not a recognized expression in the English language. However, “times” refers to a specific instance or occurrence or expressing how much bigger or smaller something is compared to something else. Example1: “I have seen that movie three times.” (In this sentence, “times” refers to the number of specific instances or occurrences) Example2: “This box is three times bigger than the previous one.”

Sometime: refers to an indefinite or unspecified time in the future. Example: “Can we meet sometime next week?”

Some time: refers to a duration or period of time, either in the future or past. Example: “I’ll need some time to think about it.

Times

“Times” is a word with many different meanings and uses in the English language. Some of the most common uses of “times” include:

Unit of measurement for time: "The race will start in ten times."

Number of specific instances or occurrences: "I have seen that movie three times."

Publication: "I read the New York Times every day."
