All those…memories crowded into one’s mind.

The moment my boss asked me to sign my name, all those bad memories, which had been caused by not being able to read or write, crowded into my mind.

Reflecting on…, sb….

Reflecting on Tuntun’s words, Tony took out his book and started learning English.

Reflecting on what he had done, Thomas lowered his head with guilt.

Reflecting on what the old man had said to her, Kathy was trapped into endless sadness, tears streaming down her cheeks.

It flashed through one s mind that …
It popped into one s mind that …
It dawned upon sb. that …
It occurred to sb. that
1：It flashed through Steve’s mind that he could spend the weekend studying in the small woods.
句式 2: It dawned upon Steve’s mind that he could spend the weekend studying in the smallwoods.
1: Through Steve’s mind flashed an idea that he could spend the weekend studying in thesmall woods.
句式 2: Upon Steve’s mind dawned an idea that he could spend the weekend studying in thesmall woods.

Sb. made up his mind that …
Sb. was determined that …

1: Seeing my partners all in high spirits, I made up my mind that I would by no meansbe a coward again.
句式 2: Seeing my partners all in high spirits, I was determined that I would by no means be acoward again.

If only I had (not) done …

If only I had listened to Tuntun’s words.

。Seeing sth, sb. felt as if it had been doing… and saying, “……”

Seeing the alphabet, I felt as if it had been laughing at me and saying,“You are too old.”

“Seeing the javelin, I felt as if it had been encouraging me and saying, “you’ve found your talent and I’ve found you.”
Seeing the tent, I felt as if it had been sighing and saying, “I want to experience the outside world.”

Seeing the helicopter in the distance, Jane felt as if it had been comforting her with its thunderous noise and saying,“Your waiting pays off!”
